Although not referenced on imdb.com, American Cream (1972) was directed by Belgian-born American playwright Jean-Claude van Itallie (writer of the satirical 1966 counterculture play America Hurrah).
The film features three vignettes: The Office, Country Lads, and Roles.

Doug, defined and slender, rims his muscular and dark boss roughly and sucks his fat, wide bone.
